Job Title: Strategic Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Department Head to join our team at Fortune Logistics Ltd.

About the Role

The Strategic Department Head will be responsible for establishing and leading major departments, including senior staff positions. This role involves coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments, as well as establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, delegating representatives as necessary.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a regular working schedule of 35-40 hours per week. The language of work is English.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
