Director of Operations

Fortune Logistics Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to oversee the company's operations and drive its success.

• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
• Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

The successful candidate will be responsible for making key strategic decisions that impact the company's growth and profitability. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of operational strategies, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.

We are offering a competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
