About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing technical solutions to meet those needs. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their requirements and documenting technical specifications to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Document technical specifications to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide usability testing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
