Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Allegiance Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our maintenance staff and ensuring that our facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our maintenance team to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify potential safety and cleanliness issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement.
  • Assist maintenance staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road position that requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability. You will be working with a variety of equipment and tools, and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Language of work: English

Hours of work: 35-40 hours per week
