- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our store is well-stocked and up-to-date.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on customer satisfaction. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
