AI Venture Builder

We are seeking an experienced AI Venture Builder to join our team at AI Square Corp. As an AI Venture Builder, you will play a key role in launching new ventures in the Crypto and AI space. Your primary responsibility will be to work directly with our partners, potential founders, and expert advisors to lead the ideation, evaluation, and de-risking of new ideas in Crypto and AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop investment theses and perspectives on opportunity areas in Crypto and AI.
  • Generate and pitch new venture ideas to our partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct user and market research, perform market sizing, analyze competitive landscape, and assess business models and unit economics to evaluate potential ideas.
  • Develop pitch decks and investment memos to present to our partners and stakeholders.
  • Own the work plan and lead the de-risking of ideas via pre-seed testing in collaboration with our engineering, product, growth, and other external experts.
  • Pitch ideas to entrepreneurs, participate in the vetting process, and build close relationships with founders.
  • Contribute to building our culture and brand in the Crypto and AI communities by attending startup community events, conferences, etc.
Requirements:
  • 0-2+ years of work experience in relevant fields such as venture building, early-stage tech startup experience, management/strategy consulting, or investment banking focused on tech products/businesses.
  • Knowledge, experience, network, or demonstrated interest in Crypto and/or AI.
  • A track record of outstanding performance.
  • A proven entrepreneurial mindset, high degree of ownership, and a self-starter mentality.
  • Intellectual curiosity and rigor.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – comfortable pitching ideas and producing high-quality deliverables.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to build financial models and conduct market sizing.
  • A technical (Engineering, Computer Science, Economics) or Business degree.
  • Experience in both AI and crypto sectors.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience attending and participating in industry conferences and events.
