About the Role

The Senior Product Manager is a key position at Quandri, responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the future of our AI robotics platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers and the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Quandri's business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market research, requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success, to deliver high-impact products that drive Quandri's growth.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform product decisions.
  • Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to understand their needs and pain points, and translate these insights into actionable product features.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring a customer-first mindset in all product decisions.
  • Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in high-growth, venture-backed companies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with AI and automation technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the insurance industry or with insurance technology products.
  • Background in user experience (UX) design or human-centered design.
