Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth financial and business analysis on assigned projects and initiatives to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and reporting tools to support business planning and decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Provide expert financial guidance and support to senior management and business partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and planning.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis and planning, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
