Food Service Team Lead

Big Bite Samosa Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Client focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
