Construction General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at Apple Hotel Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and development of our hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Project Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Financial Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the project remains within budget and on schedule.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, ensuring the team is aligned with Apple Hotel Group's values and objectives.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
