About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at Apple Hotel Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and development of our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, setting priorities, and managing budgets.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Policy Development: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
