Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters with precision and accuracy.
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to customer specifications.
  • Wrap and package prepared meats safely and efficiently.
  • Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts.
  • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale.
  • Sell meats to customers and provide excellent customer service.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
