Job Title: Executive Chef SupervisorSalary: $45,000 - $60,000 per yearJob Description

The Executive Chef Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. This includes establishing methods to meet work schedules, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Supervise and train staff on proper food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food meets our high standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the food industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures.
