Job Title: Architectural Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician to join our team at Stuart Howard Architects Inc. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our projects.

Work Setting

This is a permanent position based in an urban area, with a fast-paced environment and a focus on commercial and industrial construction, renovation, and residential construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD)
  • Create two-dimensional (2-D) drawings with computer-aided design (CAD)
  • Analyze technical documents and reports
  • Assist in supervising construction projects
  • Prepare working drawings
  • Write specifications
  • Monitor and inspect work
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Assist in design development
  • Prepare presentation graphics and drawings
Requirements
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Architects
  • MS Excel
