Job Title: Architectural Technician

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team at Stuart Howard Architects Inc. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in the design and development of our projects.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and technology, with experience in creating 3D models, 2D drawings, and technical documents. You will work closely with our design team to develop and implement design solutions, and collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to inform design decisions
  • Assist in supervising construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Prepare working drawings and specifications for construction projects
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
  • Assist in design development and implementation
  • Prepare presentation graphics and drawings for clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and technology
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and technical documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
