**Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet and direct customers to the correct department or personnel
* Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person
* Handle telephone calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
* Perform clerical duties and accounting duties as assigned by Management
* Stay up to date on procedural changes for each dealership
* Provide highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
