We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Senior Risk Management Consultant to join our team at CNA Insurance. As a key member of our Commercial Mid-Market team, you will be responsible for providing expert risk control services to our clients, helping them to identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure business continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Risk Assessment and Consulting: Conduct thorough risk assessments of commercial clients to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in risk control and insurance principles to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations and reports to clients and internal stakeholders on risk control and insurance matters.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years of risk control experience.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of risk control and insurance principles, practices, and procedures.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
