Project Manager - Strategic Initiatives

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in a strategic initiative role. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and risk assessments, as well as facilitate project review presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assign tasks, establish project deliverables, and schedule project activities.
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, including executive-level presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic goals, resources, and scheduling plans.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in project management.
  • Project Management Certification is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in executive-level communication.
  • Multi-project management experience, with a portfolio of successful projects.
