**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Avionics Technician to join our rapidly expanding team in Abbotsford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of avionics systems on small piston helicopters, small and medium turbine helicopters.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Showcase a thorough understanding of aircraft systems such as electrical, generation and navigation, communications, and auto-flight systems.
- Perform maintenance and installation of avionics systems in accordance with applicable drawings and manuals.
- Troubleshoot avionics systems to diagnose and perform adjustments, service, repairs and modifications according to SOPs.
- Perform and document scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Complete and certify tasks and related documentation.
- Assist in training Avionics Apprentices.
- Fulfill additional duties as required.

**Requirements**

- AME-E Transport Canada license.
- Experience with maintenance and installation of avionics and related electrical systems.
- Previous avionics and electrical systems experience on Bell, Airbus or Leonardo aircraft considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to generate high quality deliverables.
- Strong time and project management skills and self-motivation.
- Robust interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and professional maturity with demonstrated ability to effectively interact and build professional relationships.
- Awareness of the sensitivity of information received and appropriate handling.
