Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or operations management.
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
