Senior Assembly Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Assembly Production Manager to join our team at onsemi. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing work schedules, planning and maintaining production schedules, conducting performance reviews, and communicating technical problems, processes, and solutions.
Responsibilities- Establish work schedules to ensure efficient production.
- Plan and maintain production schedules to meet business objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance.
- Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to team members.
As a Production Operations Supervisor - Assembly, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of labourers in processing, manufacturing, and utilities, and to plan for changes to schedules and policies.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years or more of experience in production operations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
As an Assembly Line Production Coordinator and Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 people, communicating with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments, and evaluating user feedback.
