Position Overview

The University of Lethbridge invites applications for a full-time Instructor III position in the Accounting area on our Calgary Campus. We seek an experienced educator with a passion for teaching audit, managerial, or financial accounting courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and assess courses in accounting, including audit, managerial, and financial accounting
  • Develop and update course content to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Participate in School and Accounting Area governance, including curriculum development and pedagogical improvements
  • Engage in service activities, such as case competition coaching and participation in student-related functions
Requirements

We require an undergraduate degree and a Canadian CPA designation. A graduate degree is preferred, or equivalent experience. The successful candidate will have significant accounting work experience and be willing to maintain their professional competence through ongoing activities and professional development.
