Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for working with clients to promote independence and well-being through education, support, and rehabilitation services. Your primary goal will be to empower individuals to manage their health effectively and improve their quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations.

You will provide education on healthy living, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions. Additionally, you will assist clients in developing personalized plans to achieve their goals and improve their overall health.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Provincial/territorial licensure as an occupational therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

VON offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
