About the Role

We're seeking passionate and caring Registered Nurses to join our team as Healthcare Professionals. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to develop personalized care plans that meet their physical, emotional, and social needs. You'll also have the autonomy to provide holistic care, leveraging your skills and expertise to make a meaningful impact in our clients' lives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address clients' physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Provide high-quality home health care services, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening)
  • Negative TB test
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
