Job Summary

Fastrack Driving Academy Inc. is seeking a qualified Driving School Instructor to join our team. As a Driving School Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting road test examinations and evaluating the driving ability of applicants for driver's licences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Road Test Examinations: Evaluate the driving ability of applicants for driver's licences.
  • Supervise Practice Driving: Supervise individuals during practice driving sessions.
  • Assess Candidate Skills: Assess the skills and abilities of candidates to determine their suitability for a driver's licence.
  • Provide Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to candidates on their driving performance.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of candidate assessments and test results.
Requirements
  • Provincial Driving Instructor Licence: Must hold a valid Provincial Driving Instructor Licence.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client Focus: Demonstrate a client-focused approach to providing services.
  • Dependability: Be dependable and reliable in meeting commitments.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Judgement: Possess good judgement and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a driving school or related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work is required.
