Job Summary

Fastrack Driving Academy Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driving School Instructor to join our team. As a Driving School Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting road test examinations and evaluating the driving ability of applicants for driver's licences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Road Test Examinations: Evaluate the driving ability of applicants for driver's licences, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and regulations.
  • Supervise Practice Driving: Provide guidance and support to individuals during practice driving sessions, helping them to improve their driving skills and knowledge.
  • Assess Candidate Competence: Evaluate the competence of candidates in areas such as road safety, traffic laws, and vehicle handling.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education or traffic safety.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a driving instructor or in a related field is an asset.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi an asset.

  • Judgement: Use sound judgement and decision-making skills to ensure that candidates receive the support they need.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate a high level of reliability and dependability, ensuring that candidates receive the support they need when they need it.
