Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, and ensure accurate inventory management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
