We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Member to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
