Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at KBS Building Maintenance Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including opening and distributing mail and other materials.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
- Respond to electronic enquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Work a permanent schedule with 30-40 hours per week.
- Work in English.
