Job Summary

At Marriott International, we're looking for a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that are memorable and unique.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests.
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, moving around and taking initiative to deliver excellent service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
