Job Summary

At Marriott International, we're looking for a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that are memorable and unique. This role requires a high level of initiative, as you will be empowered to move about your space and take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Protect company assets and uphold quality standards.
  • Present a professional image through uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
