This role is part of a dynamic emergency mitigation crew at Paul Davis, working to provide critical support to homeowners and businesses affected by floods, fires, and wind damage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attending sites, assessing damage, and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize losses.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity in all interactions
- Work under the direction of the Lead Technician to handle damaged building materials and contents
- Understand the complexities of water and fire damage, and communicate effectively with staff on site issues
- Collaborate as a team player, with a focus on jobsite security and safety
- Meet the following requirements: High School Diploma, Valid Driver's License, and IICRC Certifications in Water and Fire (preferable but not required)
