Residential Painter

We are seeking a skilled Residential Painter to join our team at Arturo Rocha Painting & Contracting Inc. As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
- Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings
- Mix paint to desired color and texture
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
- Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in painting and decorating
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Physical demands of the job include bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Weight handling up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
As a Residential Painter, you will work outdoors and in various weather conditions. You will also work at heights and in confined spaces.
