Residential Painter

We are seeking a skilled Residential Painter to join our team at Arturo Rocha Painting & Contracting Inc. As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix and apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and trim.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
- Advise clients on colours and choice of wall coverings.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed.
- 3 years of experience in painting and decorating.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to distinguish between colours and work with a variety of materials.
As a Residential Painter, you will work outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions. You will also work at heights and in confined spaces.
