Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Radha Business Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing costs
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, informing business decisions
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Establish work schedules, balancing staff needs with customer demand
