Fortisbc is seeking an experienced Network Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network architecture to support business growth and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure effective issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Fortisbc remains competitive

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in network infrastructure design and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of data center technologies, virtualization, storage, backup, networking, security, and related supporting infrastructure
  • Competency in managing medium to large projects
  • 2-year diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
