Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who will work independently with adult clients in their home settings on a face-to-face basis and through virtual sessions.

The ideal candidate will be able to design and implement evidence-based care plans using standardized assessment tools and relevant best practices.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide assessments in home settings based on presenting impairments or diagnoses using standardized assessment tools.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to diverse client needs.
  • Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Work flexibly to build a schedule that suits both you and your clients.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Current active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Flexible and organized with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience working in home-based settings (an asset).
