Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure that our food is prepared and served on time.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties: Train our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are aware of our quality control standards.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for our staff and ensure that they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Setting: Restaurant
  • Tasks: Fast-paced environment, Team player, 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, Permanent position, 40 hours per week
