We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Tri-County Heating and Cooling Inc. as an Environmental Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring environmental characterization, rehabilitation, and monitoring projects on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Oversight: Oversee mandates and environmental assessment studies for phases I and II and environmental rehabilitations.
- Project Management: Supervise rehabilitation and characterization projects involving internal and external resources and ensure collaboration between clients, government authorities, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, laboratories, etc.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect data, interpret results, and make recommendations related to the mandate.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Reporting: Write or review technical reports.
- Business Development: Participate in business development through service proposals, and coordinate the activities of technicians and professionals involved in projects.
- Education: University Diploma in Geological, Civil, Geology Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant experience in environmental characterization and rehabilitation.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations, guides, guidelines, policies, and other reference materials.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to write reports and popularize technical concepts.
- Language Skills: Fluency in oral and written French: excellent writing skills in French.
- Health and Safety: Completed health and safety training on construction sites (ASP Construction Card).
- Adaptability: Agility to evolve in multidisciplinary projects.
