Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to promote industrial and commercial investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to promote economic growth and development
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion
  • Administer programs to support business investment and development
  • Provide advice and guidance to businesses on procedures and requirements for government approval
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on consumer buying habits and preferences
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote business growth
  • Review and evaluate business proposals and development plans
  • Design and implement market research questionnaires
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments
  • Develop feasibility studies and business cases
  • Conduct online marketing and e-commerce promotions
  • Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell sites
