We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to train and develop staff to meet the needs of the business.
