About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Law Clerk to join our client's team. As a key member of the administrative team, you will provide critical support to the lawyers and ensure the smooth operation of the law firm's real estate practice. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, conducting research, and communicating with clients. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing real estate files, including purchases, sales, and mortgages.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a law firm, preferably in a real estate capacity. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PC Law is required. Experience with Unity/Conveyancer and Teraview software is an asset. A strong understanding of real estate law and procedures is also necessary.
