About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team at CO_035 Dagmar Infrastructure Inc. As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in assessing and mitigating risks associated with large-scale infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation efforts throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to analyze plans, specifications, and site conditions for potential risk factors.
  • Develop and implement tailored risk management plans that address the unique challenges of construction projects.
  • Proactively minimize budget overruns, schedule delays, and quality issues through strategic risk mitigation measures.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and risk indicators, adjusting mitigation strategies as needed to maintain project objectives.
  • Facilitate open communication and collaboration among diverse project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and project success.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, and/or relevant combination of experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management or risk management, with a focus on infrastructure development.
  • Deep understanding of the construction project lifecycle and associated risks.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing risks on complex construction projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
