Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Manager to join our Enterprise Content Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the stability and operational transformation of our IT applications.

About the Role:
  • Be accountable for the technology foundations, readiness, security, sustainability, and financial viability of the IT assets and services under your responsibility.
  • Maintain and evolve best practices such as IaC, monitoring, high availability, disaster recovery, security, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Manage the relationship with suppliers involved in the delivery of your portfolio.
  • Ensure that your assets comply with applicable regulatory and corporate constraints.
  • Lead the support and resolution of all security vulnerabilities.
  • Create and communicate tracking reports tailored to different stakeholders.
  • Ensure the proper operationalization of functional and scalable deliveries of services and assets under your responsibility.
  • Manage your operational budgets and a team of 6 resources with heterogeneous profiles.

What You'll Need:
  • A related degree and several years of relevant experience.
  • Many years of similar experience in managing the operation and maintenance of critical IT services.
  • Knowledge and experience operating a large AWS cloud solution and DevOps tools.
  • Knowledge and experience with deployment management processes, incident management, customer experience development, micro-service architectures (APIs), and Agile delivery experience / SAFe.
  • Good communication, influencing skills, strategic vision, and experience in project operationalization and management.
