Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Teledyne Digital Imaging, Inc. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes to ensure timely recognition of revenue throughout the fiscal year.
  • Support month-end close activities by providing financial analysis and journal entry postings related to revenue, prepaids, and accruals.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation of SOX controls and ensure collection of evidence to satisfy operational and audit requirements.
  • Manage fixed asset records and maintain accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare departmental variance reports for submission and review by Functional and Product managers.
  • Improve utilization of financial reporting tools and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' financial or accounting experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience providing stakeholders with financial direction and sound financial strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
