As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and embodying the warmth and expertise that Canada Goose is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
  • Participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest products and trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Support the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stock room.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations, using expert knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
