Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to drive sales and achieve personal targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Assist in maintaining store standards and cleanliness, including stockroom organization and inventory management.
  • Participate in educational initiatives to develop product knowledge and skills.
  • Utilize point of sale systems and operational tools to process transactions and manage inventory.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
