As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll join our founding marketing team, working closely with our Chief Growth Officer to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and expansion.

This is a 100% remote role based in Canada.

Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Manager who can design, execute, and analyze structured growth experiments, iterating quickly to refine and scale tactics. You'll also manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring efficiency and scalable spend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Experimentation: Design and execute structured growth experiments, analyzing results to inform future decisions.
  • Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • US Market Expansion: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for the U.S. market, ensuring messaging, channels, and tactics align with U.S. audience behaviors and needs.
  • Marketing Strategy & Attribution: Implement direct response advertising strategies within a broader marketing playbook, tracking attribution across harder-to-measure channels.
  • Lead Scoring & ABM: Develop and implement lead scoring models and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to support outbound sales motions.
  • Affiliate & Referral Programs: Develop and manage referral and affiliate partnerships to drive additional growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in a hyper-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience running structured growth experiments and iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns with direct ownership of budgets.
  • Strong marketing acumen with the ability to frame and leverage direct response advertising within a broader playbook.
  • Experience marketing to the U.S. market is a must.
  • Experience with lead scoring, account-based marketing (ABM), and supporting outbound sales motions.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or equivalent.
