We are seeking an experienced Global IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage global server infrastructure consisting of virtual and physical servers.
  • Proactively monitor and report on the server environment on a day-to-day basis.
  • Identify and investigate hardware and software issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement an action plan for resolution.
  • Implement and manage server backups and disaster recovery plans.
  • Function as a subject matter expert for performance tuning, capacity planning, and roll-out of new technologies.
  • Ensure the security and stability of the server environment.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that the server infrastructure meets the needs of the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in server administration and management.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with server automation and scripting technologies such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Demonstrated self-starter, able to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
