About the Role

Apple Security Inc is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Project Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff.

Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and ensure their effective execution
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize workflow and productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train staff on new procedures and best practices
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance on policy and procedures
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative project management or a related field
  • Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of electronic mail and calendar systems
